Privacy Statement.  ITFS has registered a Notification with the Information Commissioners Office [ICO] of the purposes for which we process data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1998.  Details are publicly available on the Public Register of Data Controllers on the ICO website at www.ico.gov.uk.  All personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1998.  Any request for information should be addressed to Mr Ray Stannard, Data Controller in writing - email is acceptable.  An administration fee of £10.00, payable in advance and non-refundable, may be charged for handling each request.  Data is only shared with 3rd parties if we are required to do so by law, and/or as part of our contracted services.
